He was honored as a Distinguished Alumnus from UDCT in 2003 and also received the distinguished speakers award from IIChe in 2006. He is engaged in various social activities through Rotary Club, Mumbai. |

| He is chemical Engineer and Business School alumni from USA. Mr. Sameer is presently the Managing Director of Chembond Chemicals Limited. He is actively involved with Visan Children Centre for tribal girls at Boisar. He was member of JCs in USA. Currently he is a member of Rotary Club, Mumbai. |

| Mr. Nirmal is an Economics graduate from Mumbai University. He has been engaged in business and social activities from a very young age and is presently responsible for Water Treatment and Construction Chemicals Division. |
