Every year September 5, India celebrates the birth anniversary of Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan as National Teachers' Day as a tribute to his contributions and achievements. Radhakrishnan completed his entire education through scholarships. Teacher's Day is also celebrated, honoring the contributions of education pioneers Savitribai Phule and Jyotiba Phule in spreading knowledge across the country. To commemorate this special occasion, 8th grade girls took on the role of teachers, imparting classroom lessons to their younger peers from grades 1 to 7. The girls of 8th grade expressed their joy and satisfaction, as this experience not only instilled confidence in the younger girls but also exposed them to new and different learning opportunities. The celebration was marked by the warm appreciation of all the boys and girls, who greeted their teachers with bouquets of flowers, expressing gratitude for their dedication and guidance. As part of the festivities, the children were treated to the delightful sweet pudding of Shevaya, adding to the joyous atmosphere of the day. This celebration not only honored the remarkable teachers but also highlighted the importance of education and the empowerment it brings to individuals.
